Ping @PatrickJ I'll post my Komandirski '89 as soon as I get a Nato strap for it (probably worn by a god or a cat, in honor of recent tradition). Patrick, post that vid again! The Vostok watches have some impressive engeneering history behind them, the Amphibians are built like T-34s and they're dirt cheap.
Here you go on engineering video. https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=gentelmen of leisure vostok amphibian&view=detail&mid=FA6B73F476D82FD4EDF5FA6B73F476D82FD4EDF5&FORM=VIRE4 They are quite a few members that have Boctok on the Omega forum. I quite like Russian watches. It was only when doing a little research on Sekonda I discovered they were all re-badged Russian watches. I quite like the Raketa 2609.HA movement for its simplicity and accuracy. The Luch 2209 is one of the nicest Paul.
Since I can't compete in the game of Ed White's, I've got my Alexi Leonov. This one dates for early 1965, within the batch that he might have worn for the first space walk Cheers, Buster
