    Happy Thanks Giving! Thankful for the first world problem of what to buy, which to keep and which to sell. Thankful for the OF community and the extended community in this thing of ours. Turkey is brined and in the pan. Sides are ready to go... time to pop it in the oven and go for a family hike. Missing Banzai my avatar ... first winter holday without him.

    The UG 22242 timed the hike in the Chicago Botanic Garden, synchronized with the Turkey going into the oven, then reset for the sides. It was working hard yesterday. PS... 30 minute high heat sear on the bottom then breast up at 325.
