I'm not the bad guy here. Another poster had replied that he got a little over $300 (or near that) for his, so I PM'd an offer for $350 shipped (only getting a box with nato and tool). He was welcome to come back with a counter.

I even joked about how someone blew my offer by saying it was worth $500+ and I left it at that. I didn't have any hard feelings. I took my chances is all. I didn't even bug him again about it, after he said he'd think about it (I think that's what he said "Thanks leave it with me........")

PS: something here will be deleted I'm sure. Maybe me, maybe OP, maybe all of it. Also, the OP got his answers before it was deleted, so why so sad?

Man $300 isn’t even really a low ball offer. a few empty boxes on eBay went for less.

For some reason backdoor sales posts really go straight up my tailpipe.

The “ fake dead uncle” or “does this watch make me look fat?” posts I can deal with.

But douche bags thinking they are Slick Rick by posting a thinly veiled for sale ad? Drives me nuts.

And when they are called out red handed and get righteously indigent and claim their honor is being besmirched? I get downright stabby.
