One day. I was changing straps yesterday, lost one and thought no more of it. Just reached into the box of spare spring bars…

I was in a store recently, as usual, with a watch on each wrist. The clerk asked me why I wore a watch on each wrist. I feigned bewilderment, and told her that I thought everybody wore two watches! Actually, I had a watch in my pocket, as well.

 

Given the number of barrel arbors, clutch wheels, canon pinions, various wheels, springs and screws that I've sent flying through space, now I'm wondering how many ended up in a shoe, and I shook them out thinking they were tiny stones. Clever idea for a thread.

 

I attended a sports car event and spent the whole time talking about watches that others had on.

 

Any time I need to read small print or just see something small, there is a loupe within arm’s reach.

 

I keep loupes everywhere. Briefcase, office drawer, glove compartment, etc.
Although, not on my keychain. hmmmm.

 

I like to change up my straps.
