    hi there,

I am not real all that knowledgable on Longines ...

here's some info from the seller (who's more of an asshat than me it seems :whistling: )

    - from the 50-60ies
    - 30mm case

methinks its older than the 50ies/60ies ... pre-WWII? ... also there seems to be a stamp "10" on the casing ...

would you take a punt at it for $300ish?

anything else you can share (carabelli - milano) ... seems to have read about that importer/reseller in another longines context (diver related ...)

    thx, Al

the longer i look at it - the more I like it... ;o)

might even be an original dial? crown seems to be later Longines-
    replacement

here, i pushed the levels a bit ...

    Late 30's redial, wrong crown.
    Personally I wouldn't pay $300 for this.

Terrible redial and replacement crown mean that this watch is essentially worthless to collectors.

Yes - and even if this was a simulacrum of a dial and case design - it would be inspired by 1930's-1940's watches. Not 1950's-1960's ones.
