With all the new releases this year And every one of them is littered with how much a flipper is flipping a watch for and where. How about you just put it here.
I got a reservation for an ST2.... took delivery and felt I don’t love it $7k... Currently trading under what I paid with sales tax... never worn it, never took it out of the box.
More or less curiosity I think is the first Omega that simply get more value getting out of the OB than any other LE , saying right after getting the watch not a few years later ( snoopy or Tintin Wyse), when I got mine on Tuesday a guy was waiting outside the OB and offer me already 3K more , during this week on some sales site ( Ricardo.ch 2 watches sold at 14,500) 2 more posted on Friday and 1 is already gone , Chrono24 2 sold around 14K€! Just unusual for Omega.
Funny I felt the same. Even started a thread about swapping it for a Sub. That was until I saw a picture or two on here that changed it for me. Like these
Mr. Hyde... They’re adjusting his meds now... trying to tone down the howling at the moon bit as it’s already taken.
Well tomorrow It will be 1 for the price of 2 , another week and we have the new Daytona without the shortage.
Daytona,s still exist its been so long since I have heard anyone on the 7 year waiting list I forgot the watch actually was made any more......
If a may give you a suggestion. Since you did not buy it to flip it... and you can always get back your money on this one (quite easily I think) And if you do not need to sell it for financial reasons... I would suggest that you keep it for a while. You will probably begin to love it and it will raise in value.. Cheers
My Dad and I are 'flipping' his old Omega Speedmaster. He paid around £100... I'm adding a bit on and flipping it. Does it count as a 'flip' if you keep it for half a century first?
Flipping is a Quick thing, what your doing @nonuffinkbloke is more like a evolutionist thing. ( it did evolve and change colour and all )
