    Need your advice for Constellation 505

    is it worth to take this connie at $ 600.- ?
    the lacks are :

    1. The Aging Dial
    2. The Wrong Hands
    3. The Automatic Rotor

    Looks like the rotor is touching the back of the caseback? The case looks very nice, I would go for it if it wasn't for that green stuff on the dial, and I'm usually a fan of this kind of aging! Maybe at $550...

    The price isn't out of the ballpark if you like that much patina on the dial, but I wouldn't go for it unless as a parts watch - and it would have to be cheaper than $600.

    @dennis : yup, I wouldn't go for it...for me : having 4 Constellations cal 505 is Enough :)

    @kyle: yummmyyyyyy.....very nice patina !!!

    In the Rolex world, this watch would be advertised as "Tropical". Which roughly translated from vintage Rolex speak means "Thoroughly shagged out"
