    Hi, I'm new to high end watches but would like to start buying some, preferably older ones. What is the investment potential on high end watches? I'm not looking to spend mega money but maybe £1500-£2000 on omega/tag watches

    New watches are not a good investment. Like your favorite BMW M car or Mercedes-Benz AMG model, depreciation hits hard and fast.

    If you're looking for yield on a purchase, I wouldn't buy a watch at all / if you're looking to buy a watch, I wouldn't worry about resale if it's something you really like wearing.
