·Doubt it! Swatch has designed these watches so that they are not repairable. If you find someone with the skill level necessary to repair this, the estimated cost would mean the watch is not worth repair. As is, it is not worth repair, in any event.

·Can't precisely tell from the photo, but it looks like the broken contact may already have a lot of tool marks on it. May be that this watch has already had its useful service life.
