I'm far from an expert on these things, so I would like to the thank the seller of this piece for making it so easy to spot a dog: http://www.ebay.com/itm/OMEGA-Speed...550722233?pt=Wristwatches&hash=item27f13848b9Purchases made through these links may earn this site a commission from the eBay Partner Network Let me know if I missed anything (or accidentally called out something that was actually legitimate): 1. A 105.003 caseback on a twisted lug case 2. Case polished so heavily that it's almost a straight lug case 3. Wrong hands 4. "MK II" dial 5. Wrong bezel 6. Wrong crown 7. Rare cal. 821!! 8. Aftermarket bracelet with Omega clasp? So... I'm assuming this is a 145.022 with a bunch of incorrect parts and a 105.003 caseback fitted?
Come on guys, I think you are all being a little harsh, I mean, at least hopefully, if nothing else it keeps good time?
"If the watch is running (see above) it simply means that it is "ticking" and the gears are moving. How accurately it keeps time, we are unsure." I just love that "if the watch is running . . . . . . . " - can't beat that for transparency, honesty, integrity - could even be running anti clockwise and I guess that would be ok
Amazing mixture !!! all parts are original but parts of differents speedy models. Does that mean we can expect more hybrids to show up?
Talking of which, was belatedly watching some of the 2014 Le Mans 24hr endurance car race. Audi with its diesels have won it for the past dozen years or so. This year, Audi's car had a flywheel that got wound up during braking that then powered drive to the front wheels..............ingenious!
