@X350 XJR the truth is, plenty of people misstate stuff in their listings. I just bought a really cool watch that was minimally described as “pre-owned.” Upon arrival it is quite clear the watch doesn’t tick and clearly hasn’t for a while since the photos showed the same second position.
I sent the seller a message re: the watch not working and my intent to return it. I was told they unfortunately do not accept returns are not watch experts so they just take pictures and describe everything to the best of their knowledge. You don’t have to be an expert to see a watch doesn’t run...
but that’s what eBay’s buyer protection is for.
