For sale is a stunning Omega Early Geneve Cal 269. With a heavy heart, I’m letting this one go. Too many coming in, and need to clear some funds.

Case material: 20 micron Gold Plated
    Size: 34mm without crown
    Reference: Ref 2903
    Movement: Manual Winding Cal 269

The watch generally is in stunning condition. Dial is stunning two-tone dome pan glossy finish. 20 micron gold plated case has a chip near the crown, but barely noticeable when you wear it, other than that, the case looks very good. Movement is very clean and runs well, service history unknown. Was worn occasionally by me and was keeping accurate time. Watch is completely original, and just a great example overall.

These Early Geneve line was built like the Constellation line in terms of finish and quality. Watch wears bigger than average Seamasters due to thin bezel. These do not come up for sale often.

Watch located in Jakarta, Indonesia. Asking $700 USD shipped and insured worldwide by EMS. Watch is sold as-is. Prefer to do wire transfer or PayPal Gift. PayPal is accepted please add 4% and provide buyer reference. References available at request.

Honestly, the high dollar makes watches from the US seem unreasonably expensitve at the moment. It's a lovely watch, but every time I calculate the cost in my local currency, I get a nasty surprise :(

I think that, and don't take this the wrong way, "common" vintage watches like these are hit the worst.

I see, where are you from? In my country the US dollar seem to drop slightly for now against the Rupiah.

No offense taken, if you're interested, maybe PM me an offer. :)

Offers might be tough to get on a watch described as a "BUMPER" caliber 269! The watch pictured is clearly caliber 269, but that is most certainly NOT a "bumper"! Might help to sort this out, since if you don't know what you are selling, how can anyone know what they might be buying?

@kentlinardi you need to hold some of these watches you are putting up for another six months or so to give me time to replenish the acquisition fund! Another great entry level collector watch here.
