I can't seem to decide, nothing I have looks or feels right.

This is what I have so far; in talking with Omega parts (back when you could actually do such a thing), they said that the KO 2627 and other gold on steel models frequently wore two-tone bracelets, much like this:

Reasonable? Ridiculous? I do tend to prefer a bracelet. I had a Hadley that seemed nice until I noticed it was worn out (and i broke it trying to make it grip itself more firmly).

I could get a gold bracelet like this but spendy!

If it’s gold capped with the stainless two-toned case, then yes- it can work. If it’s all gold, then I say stick with strap.

Why not try a light brown strap? Maybe with croco pattern? Or a brown croco.

For inspiration:

Yeah, definitely gold-capped; can't see it from this angle. "KO" means "gold over steel", btw. CK is "all steel". There are others but hard to find and verify because Omega changed them in the early 60s, I think.

I think it looks great on the two-tone BOR.

There are usually a ton of gold plated or filled JB Champion bracelets on eBay that sell for a fraction of their stainless counterparts. You could pretty much have your pick of style.
