Hello I need your opinion on this watch. It looks strange to me, seamaster on the back, deville on the dial ? Please help
Maybe I am a geek but I like thia site more thaN Facebook. A total fake the first thing that stuck out to me was the word omega being LARGE on the dial.
Yeah both the logo and name are way too large, and the logo isn't even applied just painted on. The dead giveaway is the case back though, typical Chinese cheap "a sucker is born every minute" sort of thing. Usually the Chinese try harder than this, this is a pretty poor example even for a fake. I was also struck by how it says "Water Resist" on the dial. That's so wrong on many levels. During the 1960s the term was "waterproof" and it was on the case back normally, "Water Resist" isn't even proper English and certainly not period correct. Chinese fake for sure, and they weren't even trying.
