๐Ÿ˜œ I lold, no offense taken. I'll take this up with my seniors and we'll do a on-site simulation to train my responses for the next time this happens. The best thing for professional, rational and unemotional responses is training, and repetition. Neither of which I had for this situation. Now I do.๐Ÿ‘

Unfortunately no simple "just tighten the screw" solutions at work for me. ๐Ÿ˜

In fairness collecting watches is not all together a rational activity. I too would have kept the watch not least because the dealer acted in a way that would have given me additional confidence in them.
