when the culprit is found out, he/she may receive an unpleasant visit in the dead of night.

Omega has done a number of special casebacks for the MOD. Some are the cool painted glass? Backs some are the steel.

I’ve seen engineer, SAS, helicopters and some others. They come up every once in awhile not a lot of data on them. This is the first PO I’ve seen the others are Seamasters.

Clearly the OP doesn't know about Delta Force...even SEALs admit those guys are badass.

I knew one, of course he said he worked for the Army, but I knew otherwise. Guy was a stone cold badass.

Exactly! This guy was no joke. He helped me train a hunting dog...he controlled his dog like a remote control, but it was all verbal. Total operator.

My cousin did the Delta selection course but had an equipment failure and had to drop out. Defective boots fell apart in the middle of the mountain evolution and he finished it in his bare feet! Hospital for 2 weeks, off his feet for a full month. They said he could retake the course, no prejudice, but he declined. 5th Group SF was badass enough, and that selection course is a mother.

As for the dope who stole from an SAS trooper, I expect he will pay dearly for his mistake. Those lads don’t let that kind of thing go unanswered. And “measured response” is not in the SAS lexicon.

A very long time ago, & in an entirely different life

I took part in a 3 x day, ‘escape & evasion’ exercise on a Tank testing ground, just south of the Scottish Borders, in glacial November

SAS Reserve were also sharing the location, for one of their training ‘jollies’

Whilst our ‘team’ were tentatively hopping, from one waterlogged, ‘sheep shit’ filled ditch to another, and shadowing dry stone walls…………SAS Territorials, in the distance, …were literally vaulting up small mountains, like ‘Spring Goats’ carrying 70lb packs on their backs, & an SLR

My memory is of modestly built, wiry, self effacing, Gentlemen,… incredibly tough....but with the ability to blend in, anywhere

You would not be wrong on your account, this is something they were known for blending in and I mean special troops as a whole. Ty for sharing
