Here's an interesting Speedy, although a little overpriced imho:

The reason I post is that I'm not sure if an accurate date for the transition from the old logo flat-footed Omega symbol crown to the newer turned up logo (still in use) is known (?) I always assumed it was late 60's or early 70's.
This Speedmaster retains the red seal on the case back so we can assume the crown has not been changed and it has the newer type crown with a serial number 3285**** so early 70's.

I doubt that omega were using the red dot back in the early seventies.
Even if they did, it would be central between the lugs, not as shown in the photo in the listing.

That's exactly how the case wax looked on 32xxxxxxx 145.022.
I have an NOS Never worn 31xxxxxx or 32xxxxxxxx.(different caseback) With the wax seal
    and unopened paperwork.

    It's on the non-crown side directly under 9 o'clock

There's brown stains in the hippocampus and case back notches. Rust?

"Shipping: $4,499.00". For that price, I want John Young ringing my doorbell, watch in hand.

Is there something wrong with the end pieces in the second photo., or do they all fit like that. (Short and angles are off). Looking at both of them, I can't stop feeling something is off. The one at 6 even looks bent, but that is most probably the photo. But it is filthy.

It's a nice watch, being sold by a salesman.

Looks like dead bits of skin, glued together with sweat to me. That'll clean off with a cocktail stick dipped in isopropyl alcohol.
