    Hey,

First off, thank you to everyone on this forum. These threads have been superbly informative (especially the stickied ones) and is beginning to give me a deep appreciation for the quality and beauty of an Omega. I really, really would like to buy a vintage Omega constellation or seamaster. They are perfect for me as I have a smaller wrist. I also really like the pie pan versions of the constellation. I am having a hard time figuring out pricing and the authenticity of watches I am seeing. This is a watch I think is nice. What could you tell me about the watch?

    Again, thank you so much for everything. You all are great! s-l1600 (1).jpg s-l1600 (2).jpg s-l1600 (3).jpg s-l1600 (4).jpg s-l1600 (5).jpg s-l1600 (6).jpg s-l1600.jpg

Look at the spacing and posititon of the " T Swiss made T " on the dial, does this look correct to you?
Another thing I have learned about pie pan dials is to look at how sharp and crisp the pie pan is. The ones in your picture look soft and rounded.

Congratulations - I think you have managed to find one of the worst Constellations I've ever seen.

Even the hands are classic counterfeits, too.

Thank you everyone. I originally saw that the movement is not the same as described (in the Omega calibers pdf) for that year but I figured that I may be reading the table wrong. Thank you so much for the heads up. It is disheartening to learn that there can be so much wrong with these watches. That being said, it makes the journey even more exciting.

For those of us who are new and have been hovering over the different forums, I found that the recommended vintage watches on ebay to be the most helpful to both know what to look for. I am not yet confident enough to bid yet!

    Thank you!

I do not see any luminous material on this dial or hands.

I just learnt that the two T's mean that there should be lume. Thanks!

I can't believe we are still talking about this one.

The only part of this piece of shit that was made by Omega is the movement and it is incorrect for this reference or any Constellation for that matter.
