·Maybe try us with a part number? Stem bolt? Do you mean a set lever (detent), or detent screw? Or what, exactly?

·Any watchmaker with an Omega account should be able to get you one. They are readily available for the 321/ 861 movements so it shouldn't be a problem finding one for a 1045. I'm surprised a so called watchmaker has to ask what it is you're looking for.
