This was an eBay acquisition, made at the tail end of last year. When it popped up, I just had to have it. I think I outbid myself five or six times the last few minutes. My watchmaker said he hasn't put as much work into a movement in many years, but I've been wearing it for a few days now, and it's running impeccably. A keeper . . . dibs are futile.
