    I have a 911 Flightmaster 145.036

the case has been polished in the past as there is no starburst showing..
I'm considering selling it... would it be better if I put it in for a service and refinish 1st or sell it and let the new owner make that call?

    TIA

Unless your sending it to an expert to do it with proven OEM like refinishing I’d let the new owner deal with it.

I'd be using either Simon Freese or STS who I have used before.

Not all flightys had a sunburst case. Some had a radial finish. I’ve seen some people remove an original radial finish and have a sunburst put on! :’(

    Hi Thanks
Yes I think I read that around the time I bought this one and hence I never had it refinished as couldn't decide if it should be radial or starburst.
I think STS told me that they had seen examples of both types of finish.

I think i'll get some pics posted up and perhaps gauge opinion.

    Thanks Guys!
