I just found after reading some info that my seasmaster has the star stamp on the lugs
What were these for I notice alot don't have it but some do

Hello, I think it indicates the watch was marked for quality control, out of a batch one is checked over to maintain quality control. Some people search for those.

I've got a Omega Seamaster Professional Chronometer 300 41mm blue Bond 2531.80 mine is from 99/00' looking at the serial nr it also has the star mark.
