I am trying to find the 20mm Stainless Steel Mesh Bracelet with deployment clasp. Does anyone know the proper reference number for it so I know which one to chase. I have a 7" wrist so assuming it would be the standard size? This would be going on my Seamaster Diver 300M - 210.30.42.20.04.001

It does say it is recommended for wrist sizes of 18cm and above.

I'd recommend instead the Omega 20mm Shark Mesh Bracelet, model number 1380 / 237. I don't think you can get it online (except occasionally on the used market, as here), but an Omega boutique or dealer should be able to order it for you.

Standard should work for you. My wrist is 6.9" and I get a good fit with standard.

Unless you need that Omega logo, you may also look at Staib mesh bracelets. They are well worth, speaking from personal experience.

Here is the Omega Seatbelt Clasp shark mesh on an 2255 and also a Staib Milanese on a Speedy. The latter is much better than that awful design Omega use on the NTTD etc with a conventional deployant clasp. Either are way better IMO but the shark mesh can have sizing complications and being a seatbelt type isn’t as safe as a deployant.
