Good afternoon everyone, Another reluctant sale but one must choose wisely. This one drew the short straw, and the choice was made to keep the gold plated version for sentimental reasons. I can't keep them all. Stainless Steel Universal Geneve Polerouter caliber 215, 35 mm without the crown. I guess it has seen some polishing since the Polerouter logo is faintly visible but we can still make out the reference and serial numbers. The dial has some marks at the top but is original. Other than that it's all original, with a signed crown. I had the crystal replaced when I had it serviced in April 2016. I was also recently checked again by my Swiss watchmaker. http://watchtyme.net/universal-geneve-polerouter-microrotor-cal-215/ Reference number: 20357/2 Serial number: 1 981 505 Watch is sold head only (my custom made bracelet will not fit your wrist). It is located in Switzerland. I am asking for 700chf (Swiss Francs) shipped to your door. Paypal gift or wire transfer. I will not accept returns. I will take all the pictures necessary and answer every question you have. Feel free to fire away. Again, thank you Omega Forum for the space.
Still available. I have had a few inquiries to ship from outside of Switzerland and unfortunatly that's not possible at the moment. I will take offers.
Sorry @Lonestar, I know you don't like bumps! Watch is still available and I will consider all reasonable offers.
195mm ... all my other 35 mm work but for some reason it doesn't. Puzzling but I may try a different strap.
I think it is the sun burst perimeter ring on the dial in combination with the flat, wide bezel. Mine is a black dial, which makes the feeling of a smaller size more pronounced, wouldn't think it's as bad with this one with its bright dial.
Now that I do a comparison, perhaps I'm not giving it enough love here. Ok next week it gets wrist time at the office. Apologies for veering towards a watchuseek thread and hijacking @Jonatan sales thread.
@Larry S no harm done. Here it is my 155mm wrist (that's right 40mm smaller than yours, looks like I have some work to do...). Perfect wrist for vintage watches!! Anyways, the move is coming and I will gladly keep it if it doesn't sell. I refuse to bring the price down since I think that a freshly serviced Polerouter at 700chf is a good price.
