By its looks, I'd say 70s?

 

As a guess I would go 70`s, possibly late 60's but it is a guess

Period is 1970 to 1975, need the serial number to be sure.

The one in the eBay auction has an aftermarket bracelet and finding a correct full width bracelet for this model will be very difficult.
The bracelets were designed to go with the watch, like the example above but not set into the case but beneath it.

Unless you like the look of a watch on a skinny strap or bracelet I'd not buy it.

 

I'd give it a skip as well. Those integrated bracelet are a pain to find straps for and links are very difficult to source
