the first one has no springs and no backcover so quite useless, i also got three of these ;)
The second one is from a 7912 and i honestly dont know if they have the same size as the ones for a 1039, does anybody else knows?

You might be better off having the bracelet restored by Omega. These links have been known to change hands in the UK for £250 per pair and STS charge £500 to £600 for a full refurb with new springs - who's to say that other springs are not about to break?

As far as I know they are the same.

The other, non sprung links, on the earlier bracelets are made from the more desirable solid steel, compared to folded steel on the later references. I´m not sure exactly when the change takes place though, but it´s also something to look out for.

You can easily avoid being insulted by naming a price. Of course, you won't want to set it so high as to be insulting to the buyer. ;)

Sorry, I didn't mean to cause offense, should have used a smiley.
just make an offer on what you think you want to pay.
