·I think it will be a hit but am anticipating a secondary market price no better than the ST1 level. I seriously doubt any new LE Speedy release would ever reach Snoopy levels.

·I was wondering the same actually. Also, isn't the strap very similar if not the same as the leather strap in the ultraman bundle? Probably, only the tapering is quite different.
His is a little different as the poster of that image on IG and the FB group likes the vintage taper of 16mm vs. 18mm on the OEM strap for the watch. Other than the taper his strap doesn't have the tac stitching by the buckle like the OEM strap does. Those are the only differences I can note. ·I believe I dreamed about ST2 delivery, there were a bunch of collectors invited at the local OB for a presentation, not sure how it ended up ... I gotta stop checking the updates! 😁

·I have a suspicion that this may be a secondary-market hit, in part because of the way in which it was sold (i.e. via an Instagram post, in English) and how quickly it was gone. There is a great deal of nostalgia and love for Ultraman in Japan (going along with the tremendous watch culture) - an English-language Instagram post is not going to maximize sales in Japan or China (in part because Instagram is officially blocked in China).
There are likely some customers in what would be primary markets for this watch that didn't get one for these reasons.
I've bought new and received no notification via email and don't use instagram...kinda disappointing.
