I really like your Radial bezel insert ... right now I am waiting for a bezel-press ... i will give an update when it is mounted 👍

What's the benefit of the 60min bezel?

In spaceflight, most timings using the chronograph last less than 60 seconds... so with a " 60 seconds " bezel it's much easier to read the dial 😗

A more readable bezel was one of the items NASA astronauts mentioned when asked how Omega could improve the Speedmaster chronograph.
In 1967-68 NASA engineer James Ragan asked for practical feedback on the NASA-issued Omega Speedmaster chronographs...
In fact Omega adopted the "60 seconds" bezel as part of the Alaska Project Speedmaster (1972) as a Tachymètre has no use in space.
Thus far I have found NASA photos showing 5 astronauts wearing an Omega Speedmaster with such a practical bezel 😉
(Example: Apollo 15 Alfred Worden in May 1971)

This is my major point as well. The Alaska Project has nearly no hour markers due to the good heat refelction and that can be compensated by the 60 secconds bezel 😀

I love the Alaska... the Bezel is great as well. What I don't really like is the bracelet you mounted, but thats just mho 😉
