Great article, but one correction: the markers are likely not Tritium, as you state, but probably Radium.

I believe the dial on this 2998-1, the wide oval O, is more normally seen on the earlier 2915-2 and 2915-3. Edit: I believe the hour hand is also a 2915-3 hand. I didn't notice a mention of the movement number. I would presume it is a very early 2998-1 with some parts left over from the 2915-3
