    Hy all,

my question is, how can i find out the year of production on a speedy reduced? My uncle gave it to me and he doesn't have the papers nore the box.

    Thanks in advance

From the colour of the lume, I'd say this has a tritium dial, so before 2001? ish?

If it was made before 2002 Omega will sell you an extract of the archives... frankly, that's a worthwhile spend on vintage watches of higher values, but in the case of your reduced, I'd suggest just wearing it, enjoying it, and accepting that it was likely made in the 1990s.

You can estimate it from the serial number, which is smack on the outside of your caseback, and google "how old is my omega" - note these are unofficial estimates which could be off several years.

Unless his uncle bought it grey-marked and then it may have been polished off.

Its entirely possible, but I have yet to see a reduced with the serial polished off. Though to be honest, I have only held 200+ 3510.50s in my hand :p
