I see the serial number in your photo. You can get an idea, within a year or two, with a simple internet search.
According to Chronomaddox, it was produced in 1939. http://chronomaddox.com/omega_serial_numbers.html
Hardly! Maybe 1989, but certainly not 1939! I think the reduced model was only around for a short time, possibly late 1980s to early 1990s. I have a reduced from 1989.
The serial number starts with 90 million, and it has a anti-counterfeit symbol, so it must have been produced in the last few years. My new FOIS Speedmaster serial starts with 87 million and was probably manufactured sometime in 2013 or 2014.
That's the later model 3539.50.00 reduced. 100m water resistance, sapphire crystal, cleaner dial, and better bracelet. I think they started making these in 2006.
From what i have just found i think your watch is 2008. Took me a while looking at loads of others for sale and case numbers, year etc. You would think life would be easier. Hope this helps mate.
Our OP is so thankful he said it twice! JesterP deduced the year your Reduced was produced. There's a joke in there somewhere but I just can't seem to find it.
