Greeting all. new member but have been reading for few months. Great info from many and thanks.
I have a Seamaster and been looking around to see what could be next.
I came across this blue faced Speedy and have not located the model.
Might you be able to shed light on model # and year?
I believe this is in SS. Thanks for any info.

Possibly 3523.80? I'm guessing these were made in the early 2000s through about 2010.

Yes - 35238000 - I'm working on one right now actually. Omega Cal. 1151, so their version of the ETA 7751.

It is no more prone to needing a lot of maintenance than any other watch is. 7750 based watches are in fact very reliable and accurate. If the watch had been properly taken care of, or recently serviced by a competent watchmaker, then I would not be concerned.
