    one more thing, the central chronograph and minute hand are slightly bent is that normal? thank you.

    Yes, it is. And you should consider getting a real 145.022-68 Transitional Speedy with a wrong dial/hands to put this stuff on it :)

    it goes on any speedy from 105.012-66s to 145.022-68s.

    Um, probably not. The 145.022-68 dial is different.

    Moniseur, no! The feet for the 861 are different and these look like 861's.

    Thank you so much. i will feel being pretencious if im going to put it on my 1861 after seeing really nice original early speedies here. Now i am thinking of selling my speedy and acquire an early model.

    That dial and hands are probably worth as much as if not more than your whole 1861 based watch.
