No, that looks rough. This is mine.

 

Mine doesn’t have that either and I haven’t noticed it on pictures of others. Has the rest of the watch had a refinish?

 

Yes the case has seen the polishing wheel for sure...

 

I have never seen such a case back so far

 

So probably some watchmaker polishing fantasy...
