I have 145.022-69 Speedy with original 1116 bracelet with 575 endlinks. Periodically one endlinks slides off diagonally, does not come apart but looks like it might. Here are some photos. I notice that the end Center link that connects to the endlinks and springbar has a bit bigger gap than other links not sure if this is contributing.
anyone have suggestion to fix? I wonder about crimping the endlinks down a bit but don’t want to damage it.
Thanks for looking!! 517702DB-892B-491D-9845-5AB7AC02A43F.jpeg BC2E8E59-5780-4364-A05A-A42243A60426.jpeg 0AE5499B-5331-4DF9-B970-E7D8E2B285D3.jpeg 726F13A1-5BA4-410F-BCC7-25EAE5C27CC3.jpeg 02596E75-29A0-44F9-B3E3-7343ED990010.jpeg DF952409-7431-473A-A4C0-523D155C28F8.jpeg B5DDA572-47DB-4108-98DE-B1FFAE8E6A1F.jpeg F5D04317-3518-4709-B0AE-6F3B7D02D28D.jpeg 775CADB0-8542-4E43-ADD2-01F4B4D7BD19.jpeg DF24CB7A-B7C3-4E57-857E-398681A0B41F.jpeg

There is obviously far too much play. It's hard to tell from the photos, but I suspect that the center link needs to be crimped down tighter, and the tabs on the back of the endlinks may also need adjustment. By looking closely at where the play is originating, you should be able to figure it out. If not, I'm sure a watchmaker could make short work of it.

Stating what should be the obvious, there shouldn't be a gap in these links.

Maybe not explaining well- but seems ok now. When it goes for service will ask watchmaker to tighten up the gaps as well.
Thanks for your help
