I swear I thought this was a Montblanc collaboration when I first saw this.

I know aesthetics is usually subjective but did they really find a design that even watch nerds can't love?! 🤨

Personally I don't mind the 3498340598345 LEs but at least most aren't *too* ugly.

This thing again?
I already forgot about it. Didn't it come out like, a year ago?

Oh I thought it was new because I just saw it for the first time in my inbox. Probably just re-running the campaign. Given I have the silver/orange "Golf" AT Rory McIlroy, am surprised I didn't see this when I was shopping around.

I just actually saw the email too.
Weird. Might not have been a full year ago, but it was being promoted a bit back.
But yeah I totally forgot about it lol.

In other golf related news I just saw that The Masters is being postponed.

Looks like something Liberace would wear.
The sub-dials look like a viral capsid...cruel joke omega
No amount of media brainwashing could get me to buy that watch thats for sure.
Correct.those subdials just aren't attractive, even to most golfers I would surmise.
Pasties was the first thing that came to mind. Also a little gaudy for my tastes.
Fidget spinner comes to mind

I like Rory but he can keep that shit to himself.

So, I'm kinda thinking Omega hit a home-run with this one...

Does the shape in the subdials signify something? My first impression was Star of David but that’s probably not right....
Golf spikes. This model was announced a year or so ago.

First impression was, “is this a collab? OMEGAxMONTBLANC”?

the clear spike sub dials look awfully familiar...

That could have been such a gorgeous watch had it not been for the subdials. In all fairness I haven't seen it in person but I think a more traditional register could have been better.

Maybe it'll be more charming in person since Omega doesn't always take the best stock pictures... anyone seen this baby in action at their local AD? Real wrist shots please!

it's too bad about those subdials, if they would have done something differently, it would be quite a nice watch.

But it is a bargain compared to that last Aqua Terra titanium that he was wearing last year. 😀

And for what it is worth, the Umbrella Corp from Resident Evil is the first thing that came to mind when I saw the subdials...
