    Hi all,

I'm looking for a replacement bezel for my Speedy reference 105.002. I'm not looking for a classic black bezel (already have one) but for a grey (steel?) one, just like on the CK2915. I Love that style !

Do you know if such parts exist ? If so, where ? I'm not sure about the diameter of the bezel on a 105.002 (it seems to be a rare reference, some kind of transitional but I'm not an expert) so I do not knowif a "classic" speedy bezel (145.022 size) fits on it.

    Thanks for your enlightenments !!

The modern silver bezel will fit.

unfortunately I find the newness of the new part, jars against the vintage patina. I have tried one, but now it's on a modern "special"

002's are very, very rare, I am not sure I would feel it would be a step up to put it on, but you will know when you try if it works.

Swapping a bezel is a painless and reversible process.

I wish you every success, have fun with it.

    I do!

None of those are even for a Speedmaster Pro, they're for a very different watch, the speedmaster automatic

Cousinsuk sell the stainless bezel for the 145.022 case (which I believe is the same size as 105.002) for £125 and Ofrei sell it for $218, part number is 082SS1139 - this is from the 3594.50 Speedmaster model

The listing I just looked at states quite clearly that the bezel insert is an aftermarket and not an original Omega or OEM item. An aftermarket, replica, pattern or repro part is not a fake as long as it is correctly described. We don't have any problem with this in the vintage car, motorcycle or camera world, and it seems odd that it should arouse such anxiety amongst watch collectors.

Well that is one thought, however, people do have a problem when these are placed on genuine watches and then sold to a buyer unsuspecting the part is not genuine.
Buyers of highend, million dollar plus autos do have a problem with aftermarket replacement parts. Try entering you vintage Ferrari with after market parts in a Concours d'Elegance and see what kind of reception you get. It is easy to forget that the watches we deal with are also highend to most people.

Well, I have to confess that I was not thinking of million dollar plus Ferraris, exactly. Moggie Minors and hot Minis are more my territory ;)

Here it is ! Directly from 1962. These pictures are before servicing it at Omega Bienne. I know that the seconds hand is not original but the patina was so great that I didn't want to replace it. Now it looks just fantastic (she's in a safe til I found the right bezel that suits her)

I do not mind if it is a replacement part not issued by Omega, I know also that this silver bezel is not made for 105.002 but I just love the look !

    Thanks for your help guys

I would be glad to post pictures after getting this silver bezel just to show you what a great work Omega Bienne has done with my watch !
