On auction. No one is bidding so can probably be had for around USD 1500. Looks like a 69 with non-original bezel. The rest looks ok? Hard to tell condition of the insides but the case and pushers doesn't look top notch. Any opinions are
Open that case back and check out the corrosion and movement stuff cause that is either dirt or a lot of rust
Thx guys, in the mean time it took off. Probably someone in here Grrr.... Come out, reveal yourself demons of the underworld!!!!!
I agree. The bezel alone, being very rare and in better condition than any i own, will attract bidders to 2500+ on this watch - if they can find it! And yes, I understand it's a gamble on the inside. But really the downside is not much at 2500. A little more at 3000.
Speaking of 220 bezels, which is more valuable. A pristine 220 or a pristine DON. I'd thinking the DON because so many 321 watches need the upgrade. The 220 bezel, while very rare, only belongs on a 145.022-69 premoon.
DON for sure a good 220 can be seen a lot more than a good DON and the more expensive eras are DON so more $$$
Sure hope those brown and green on the watch is not rust. But then again, at $1500 I would take the risk and see. The dial, hands and case back are attractive enough. Good luck!
Price realized, USD 2800 buyers premium and shipping included. Congrats to the buyer, this one will renovate nicely!
Wow, I never knew about the one year only 220 bezel. Just looked properly at the beater bezel I wear on my 105.012-65 in case I lose the original don one and - it's a 220 ! Better find myself another sacrificial bezel!
