Did Speedmaster's ever come with A. Donze-Baum SA casebacks from the factory, or is this strictly a replacement part? I've been trying to research this topic, but surprisingly there is very little info to be found on the internet. Best I was able to dig-up was a nice reference page on Chuck Maddox's site, but the last update was in 2008. I'm sure more info has come to light since then. There is also a Speedy caseback discussion on WUS, which Chuck was a participiant, but it is quite old as well. On a side note, I really can't wait for my copy of MWO to arrive so I could hopefully find answers to life's greatest mysteries
Resurrecting this thread to ask a followup question to you, speedy4ever. How early did they make cases for the Speedmaster?
