Speedmaster triple date newbie, do's and donts, thoughts?

hello from a newcomer in this forum, just recently bought my first "serious" watch, that is omega speedmaster triple date, I'm 24 years old guy from jakarta, indonesia, bought this watch from money of my first job, cant tell you how excited I am when i first saw the watch, it is 39mm with black dial and omega leather strap
So, since im new here in the world of horology, i became anxious in setting my speedy as i commute regularly in between two timezones, can you guys help me in some of this questions:
My seller said that it is 2009 production, how can i confirm this other than going to omega dealers?
What is the movement of this watch? What calibre 3520.5000 means?

how i set this watch in the correct way?

Can i rotate the crown anti clockwise or it will damage the movement? And

i got this watch used, and comes with watch only when i bought it.
I am sorry for the beginners questions and this questions may be repeated so many times,
And also, any facts or do's and dont's about this watch, maintain this watch in good shape etc, will be so helpful to me
Also i heard that in this speedy triple date, its not allowed to set or change the time and date in some period of time (between 9pm-3am?) is that correct?

The serial number should be on one of the lugs. After googling around this reference chart should get you close to your watch serial number:

The triple date is an ETA cal. 7750 derivative, nothing out of the ordinary about its service.

Tengo uno como el azul, se paraba el cronometro por estar sucio lo lleve a hacerle una limpieza total lo desarmo todo el relojero y quedo 10 puntos anda perfecto estoy de acuerdo que tantos engranajes para la fecha tiene mas posibilidades de andar mal pero el mio solo por sucio funciono mal y es fundamental usarlo todos los dias para no tener que regular tanto las fechas. Tiene la mejor maquina que hay la bijox 7051los relojes top la tienen es una joya y fabricados por el 2009 o 2010 no se si los que tienen en el indicador del dia una luna colorada, asi es el mio es anterior o posterior al de la flecha negra de la foto, si alguien me da data de este reloj se agradece
