Not sure about this one, it seems to just be a one-off experiment that Omega kind of abandoned, at least here in the U.S. They really weren't marketed all that much and probably weren't very popular in OBs. They might acquire kind of a cult following over time and if there really was a very limited amount produced that may drive prices up, if there is lasting demand in the secondary market.

The tintin doesn't really do anything for me, so I can't see myself paying top dollar for one. But at the right price anything is a good buy. 馃槈

each watch is always at the right price but if it was for all with more reasonable prices especially like snoopy or other models then everyone would benefit

There must still be some out there. I purchased a Tin Tin yesterday at an Omega Boutique through their network. I love Speedys and have been looking for a Tin Tin for a while, last week I finally found one available on the bracelet and picked it up yesterday. This is a great looking Speedy, especially for a non SE or LE. It looks much better in person than it did to me in photos. If you take a loop to it you can see the face is hand painted and the red lines are slightly lower than the white to make a simple but attractive pattern. The price was good so I added a couple NATO straps switch it up with. I own several Speedmaster Pros and I expect this watch to hold a stead spot in the rotation.

It is very different. Should it be my first Speedy?
