That looks like it might be an aftermarket insert, instead of the whole bezel - do you have photos of the backside?

While I have heard vague talk of Omega having produced inserts, I think they were only available from the source as complete bezels. So, my initial reaction is that it's aftermarket, but I'll ask @Archer who is an Omega-certified watchmaker, to weigh in.
Omega does not supply inserts, only complete bezels. So I view all inserts offered as aftermarket replacements, unless the seller has a really good explanation as to where the steel base ring has gone....
If you're buying this from eBay I suggest you walk away. There have been a few references on this forum and others to an eBay seller who has a photo of one bezel and sends you another than isn't the same and doesn't fit. General rule is, all bezel inserts are not legit. Not all of them are bogus, but I believe all the actual Omega inserts were sold a while ago from down under and there are none left now.
