Speedmaster Reduced or Tissot Seastar chrono around 1,000USD

I'm sorry if you are all getting sick of my desperate posts! But I think I really have settled on the two watches I am most interested in. As for the Seastar, I know there are many models, but I do love overall line. But a Speedmaster is my first choice.
Leather bands are okay (even preferable).

I would give some friendly advice - you can sometimes find reduced speedmasters at around $1,000 on Ebay.
