...I try, I cannot quit you-

that hesalite, that 3861 movement, that brushed bracelet with that new taper, that smaller and amazingly elegant clasp.
My only complaint (if I could really even call it a complaint), a push button three position micro-adjust would have been appreciated.

Agree with your comments, but I'm always hesitant on these adjustable clasps. You trade off compactness for a longer, often bulkier clasp. Fortunately I seldom have a need to adjust a bracelet once it is adjusted for my wrist so adjustability isn't a must have for me.

So, I actually heard just a few days ago that they’re starting to roll out the micro adjust (2 position, I believe) on the speedy pro…

I don’t feel like the current micro adjust on the tapered bracelet adds any bulk (I have it on the moonshine panda, and I believe the chronoscope). And for me personally it’s a huge plus, my wrist changes dramatically from cold to hot!

No season changes where you reside or do you have a prosthetic wrist? 😉

Yep, the smaller clasp on the 2021 300 Heritage Diver has a micro-adjust and it adds zero bulk to the clasp.

I wonder if 3861 owners will be able to get just the clasp and retrofit it to their existing bracelets?

I agree on all points! Although, it’s my first and only speedy so I don’t know any better. Also, I’m still honeymooning with it and it just grows on me more and more each day. I do really like the new clasp and tapered bracelet. My wrists expand and contract a lot so I love the idea of on the fly adjustment even though I’ve never actually experienced any. I’m pretty happy with the fit but when I swell up it’s a tad tight sometimes and I wish I could let it out. If I let out the micro-adjustment it’s too much for most normal wear. If they do release a tool-less micro adjust soon I’ll be sad I missed out.

As much as I love the bracelet, I will never understand why they didn't make the clasp wider than the bracelet so there's no notch on the microadjustment.

I mean honestly, who at omega thought this was a good idea?

Completely agree. When I tried adjusting it I thought it looked terrible. Good thing you don’t look at the clasp most the time. Luckily I have mine fitting pretty nicely without letting out the micro-adjustment for now.

In Texas there is tremendous humidity for at least six months, and then you can get pretty cool weather, it's close to freezing in the mornings now, but I don't feel the need to adjust my steel bracelets from summer to winter. I just don't seem to have much change in wrist size from hot to cold. As you get older you aren't as susceptible to temperature variations, at least that is my experience.

Hi everybody, I’m new to Omega forums and had a question for anyone who has tried this. I recently purchased a 41mm Aqua Terra (black dial). The watch is very accurate and the dial is really top notch. I previously had a tissot and a couple of Tags and its clear to me that the Omega is in a different class! Anyway, I only wear the watch on the OEM rubber strap as I can’t adjust the bracelet to my liking. I was wondering which specific claps can potentially be retrofitted to the Aqua Terra bracelet? The standard 300m diver clasp (which strikes me as a little bulky) or is there a smaller diver clasp version? My other thought was the Chronoscope clasp but that might look out of place even if it did work. Any suggestions? If you have successfully changed out your clasp please provide specific info on the actual parts.
Thank you!

Generally agree with you, OP. EXCEPT: I think Omega is a fool for devaluing the Hesalite model with a painted logo and all-brushed bracelet, especially given that - IMO - their sapphire is trash, comparatively.

Id also say that at this price, there’s little excuse to go without a quick adjustment on the bracelet.

Despite those points, I love my 3861 Hesalite.

I love it, too. On the subject of micro-adjustment in the clasp: I'm okay with Omega leaving it out. I simply wear my Speedmaster Pro adjusted for a slightly roomy fit around the wrist. This way it has loose, slippery fit in cooler, drier weather, and room for wrist expansion in warmer, muggier weather. It's the old-school way of wearing a watch on a bracelet, and the Speedmaster Pro is an old-school tool watch.

I love my Speedmaster Pro. However, I don’t think anything about the watch is elegant, including the clasp. BTW, I had my watch guy install the expandable clasp, which is great.

What clasp was installed can I ask?
