Hello, I am considering in buying my first speedy and I am looking at second hand market, I like the 1861 better than the 3861. What would you think is a fair price for a 3570.50 in very good condition with papers and of box? Thank you for the answers

Having just been in the market for a 3570/3572 (just purchased my first speedy, a 3572.50, a week ago), you're looking at around 4-5000 USD, depending on condition, from a reputable seller, with box, papers, bracelet, and all the amenities.

I paid just under that for mine recently, but it came without the box, papers, or original bracelet... all things that I was perfectly happy to pay less and to live without (I'm not a bracelet guy, and would have taken it off immediately and put on a leather strap anyways).

One thing I've learned from having bought a handful of vintage/preowned Omega in my day, is it's ALWAYS worth it to pay a bit more and buy from a trusted/reputable seller. Just my 2 cents. If you're investing 4K+ in a luxury watch, paying a few hundred more to ensure your watch is "correct" is a small price to pay. Especially with a watch like a Speedmaster, with its endless variations and things that could go wrong/swapped parts etc.

Chrono24 also has a price tracker, where it tracks the average price of a particular watch, almost like tracking a stock price:

I’ve been seeing them floating around 4000€ or even less lately. Wouldn’t pay more than that for a nice one.
