Looks like a 145.022 but with this only one pic of poor quality it won't be possible to identify the exact model.
    Case back pic is needed
I do not like the combinaision of the black aged tritium hands with the greenish tritium dial indexes.
    Faded DN90 bezel looks nice.
    Cannot identify the bracelet....

What do you think? Is there a second picture and any description with it?

    Can't see a step on the dial so I'm guessing a post -71 145.022.

The hour hand is not correct for a 145.022.

Might be an no date 145.022 from 80's based on the case back font Q but a better image needed to confirm. Agree hour hand looks wrong in the image.

Dial looks like it's not stepped but the open S, so I think it's a 145.022-74 or an early 145.022-76

Agree this has to be a 145.022-74 or early 76, assuming no step. The angle is wierd and a full on front shot would confirm but that is what it looks like to me also.

The hour hand does look like a replacement with the shorter lume length. These hour hands come up every once in awhile but I'm not sure the source.

Judging by the speedmaster script I would say It's mid to late 80's.

I see drop "r" with the non drop "S" so I'm sticking with a 74-early 76. The angle is weird and the shot poor quality but that it what it looks like to me I would want a clear full front shot to call it 100%.

Look where the drop R is relative to the L.
EDIT, I just looked again and it seems I was wrong and Foo2rama is correct.
