Do you have a picture of the caseback?
Preferably of the inscription on the inside of it, and a picture of the watch movement.
If not, then at least of the outside of the caseback.

It's still difficult to judge, my best guess would place it between 1980-1990, being a 145.022-76, -78 or -80. Could be a 145.0022 80s or early 3590.50 as well.

That is assuming all parts are correct to the watch. A movement and/or inside caseback shot would help a lot.

Assuming all original sept 77 (145.022-76) through 88 or so. I’m too lazy to open the research tome and figure out what the last year for that bezel and dial was.

If a watchmaker opens it and gets the serial and s picture of the inner caseback you can nail it down.
