·Here in Germany you could still order them last week, but they don't seem to be available in large numbers from dealers or boutiques anymore.

·These are still available but probably being phased out in the near future for the 9900 Master Coaxial based models. I'm sure it will reappear in some form after it has retired, with a higher price tag of course.

·My OB currently has two, I believe. One with the regular buckle on the strap and supposedly one in the back with the deployable clasp. I tried it on this past weekend and the dial is truly something else. While it looks nice on the alligator I think it would look even better on a steel bracelet.
