I've had a few Speedmasters over the years and I'm looking to get the two I'm keeping completely "correct" and serviced now.
My 105.012 I bought years ago had a rich chocolate 105.003 dial on it that was quite nice and I figured when the time came I could trade it for the correct one. In someone's expert opinion, if both parties dials were in excellent condition, would this 105.003 be a good and fair trade value wise against a correct 105.012? Would the value disparity be great enough to add money to the deal? Is the 105.012 dial much more common?
    Thank you for your opinions.

It's hard to say without a picture. What some people think of as tropical/chocolate, often looks trashed.

If it's is a nice chocolate then it's certainly worth more than a black dial. The type of 105.012 also makes a difference. All things being equal a close spaced T dial (early). is rarer than a wide spaced T (later).
