It’s the older (circa 2000) Omega Speedmaster 57 replica. Here, replica doesn’t mean it’s a fake — it’s just an early attempt by Omega to make a replica of the 57 Speedmaster. It’s a standard late 90s Moonwatch with different hands, dial, and bezel.
From the pictures, it looks fine to me. Just be aware the chrono hands (including counters) are all metal and difficult to see in some lighting conditions.
It’s value is that of a general Speedmaster Pro of that vintage with no service history, IMO. Based on that, it think it is priced too high, unless there is proof of a recent service and you really want the pseudo-57 look.
